Abstract

The present study aims to identify the pattern of successful professional operations of the Al-Alam network in reporting on the Storm of Al-Aqsa war and maintaining and enhancing the resilience of Gaza residents. The research method is qualitative, employing the grounded theory approach. The participants in the study were active journalists from the Al-Alam network, selected using theoretical saturation and purposive sampling, with a sample size of eight individuals. Data collection was conducted using in-depth interviews. The results revealed that the pattern of successful professional operations of the Al-Alam network in reporting on the Storm of Al-Aqsa war and maintaining and enhancing the resilience of Gaza residents includes causal factors with components such as competitive factors, the news marketing mix, process-related factors, technical factors, content-related factors, and factors associated with government and politics. The dimensions of the main phenomenon encompass interactive space, competitive space, support capability, and trust-building. Contexts include message management, target market, strategic factors, legal and regulatory factors, information and communication technology, and modernization and transformations in the media space. Interventions consist of relational reporting, core beliefs, and competitive intelligence. Strategies involve activities related to media operations, activities related to media strategy, activities related to strategic management, and activities related to cross-border operations. Outcomes include competitive advantage, media-related outcomes, outcomes associated with cross-border networks, socio-cultural outcomes, and outcomes related to media conflict.
