Therefore, punishment is not the first educational factor in Islam, but it is a tool that is used in creating good habits if friendship and love are not beneficial. The purpose of writing this article is to study lawful-Quranic linguistics with a combined descriptive, correlational and content analysis research method, which is in line with the theoretical framework of Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis at three levels: description, interpretation and explanation. It is implied in the analysis of Quranic surahs and verses that finally the educational psychology of children has been studied so that we can deliver healthy children to the society in the present society and, somehow, this is important to prevent the occurrence of crime which has a criminal aspect in it. Moreover, it has its own heart.
